Our fields are located in the areas surrounding the farm and are cultivated with the utmost dedication and care. We always select the best seeds to produce forage that is suitable for feeding livestock in every development phase.
Our places, our cuisine, our silvery expanses of olive trees. From these simple things comes the passion for good oil. Our “green gold” with its ancient and highly aromatic taste, is made with native cultivars, local olives that are handpicked and then cold pressed.
Frantoio, leccino, sargano, raggia. These are the cultivars that generate a highly traditional oil. Our oil comes from the union of these cultivars.
Extra-virgin olive oil made from a blend of frantoio, leccino, piantone and raggia varietals. Fruity taste, slightly sweet with low acidity.
Extra-virgin monovarietal olive oil made from “Sargana” olives. Balanced fruit taste, slightly sweet, rich in polyphenols and chlorophylls with low acidity.
Monovarietal extra-virgin olive oil made with “Frantoio” olives. The clear taste of the olive, fresh grass, artichoke, with a pungent and vegetal tone.
